Kristen brings over ten years of experience managing internal operations and developing growth strategies that benefit employers, consultants, and insurance carrier partners.

As Chief Innovation Officer, she supports new deals and renewals and works to unlock new innovations in key business areas.

In her previous role as Chief Underwriting Officer, Kristen oversaw all underwriting operations, including stop-loss marketing, renewal negotiations, and new client implementations.

Prior to ParetoHealth, Kristen worked for The Savitz Organization, where she was part of a team that handled the pension administration for a multitude of clients, including international pharmaceutical companies.

Kristen is a graduate of Swarthmore College.
