Sara has been in healthcare/benefits technology for the last 15 years. At ParetoHealth, she is responsible for Product strategy and delivery.

Prior to coming to ParetoHealth, Sara was Chief Operating Officer at Nayya Health, where she led the technology, customer operations, and strategy functions and built solutions to enable employees to better choose and utilize their benefits. Before Nayya, she was Chief Product Officer at Oscar Health, where she led technology product development and saw the company grow from a handful of employees to IPO stage with 3000 employees. She spearheaded Oscar’s key technology investments including a modern and efficient insurance platform and a powerful multi-channel consumer engagement platform. Before starting her career in health tech at Oscar, Sara oversaw the development of software products at various disruptive consumer-facing technology startups.

Sara holds a BA from Harvard University.
