Tamar Rudnick

Tamar Rudnick is the Senior Vice President of Growth at ParetoHealth, leading growth strategy, commercial enablement, revenue operations, and sales training. 

She brings a strong background in healthcare, strategy, and commercialization. Her experience includes leadership roles at Castlight Health, where she led product, marketing, and strategy; apree health, where she served as SVP of Growth; and Define Ventures, where she was an Operating Partner focused on scaling growth-stage portfolio companies. She began her post-MBA career at Bain & Company. 

Tamar holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
