Previously, Heather was Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Operations at Teladoc Health, where she transformed telehealth operations, expanded client support, and improved efficiency. She is passionate about leadership, developing people, and change management.
Heather graduated from the University of Vermont and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
