Shilpa Reddy

Shilpa Reddy is Chief Technology Officer at ParetoHealth, leading the Technology, Engineering, and IT teams. 

She brings 25 years of experience building and scaling technology platforms. Most recently, she was Vice President of the Virtual Expert Platform at Intuit, where she led an AI and human intelligence platform serving nearly 100 million customers across TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp. She also led technology for Intuit’s customer support interactions and spearheaded many of the company’s AI initiatives. Previously, she served as General Manager and Engineering Leader at Microsoft, and as General Manager and Head of Engineering at Amazon.
