Ashley has more than a decade of experience in developing strategic benefit plans, claims analysis, financial performance analysis, regulatory compliance adherence and support, and coordination of ongoing client services.

As Senior Vice President of the Southeast, Ashley works to expand ParetoHealth’s market presence and oversees all RVPs in the region.

Ashley was previously responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of our medical and pharmacy cost control strategy. She oversaw the creation of turnkey health solution platforms to simplify and streamline the adoption of our strategy, as well as the use of clinical data analytics to identify care intervention and claim reduction opportunities.

Before joining ParetoHealth in 2020, Ashley spent eleven years as Senior Consultant and then Senior Vice President at AIA, Alera Group, where she was responsible for the operating unit oversight and ongoing development of AIA’s advanced health management and clinical intervention portfolio.

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
